History of the sport?

| The idea of snowbording was triggerd by skateboarding, sledding, surfing and skiing. It was established in the United States in the 1960's, developed into a Winter Olympic Sport at Nagano in 1980. |
How the sport is played? What happens?

| The sport is played by using a snowboard and riding down a track with hills and rails. Once they have got to the end of the track the judges score out of 100 and they play 3 rounds and the last score that they get id there final score. Who ever has the highest score at the end of all the rounds wins. |
Are there different versions of the sport?

| Some other versions of Snowboarding is half pipe snowboarding, freestyle snowboarding, snowboarding rail. |
